Have you been confused about some of the things that Jesus said? When looking at the words of Jesus, we should always ask ourselves is who was Jesus talking to and was it before or after the cross? The cross is the dividing line of history. When we read the Bible we need to read it “cross-eyed” so that we apply His words to our life through the lens fo the New Covenant, which was not enacted until His blood was shed on the cross for us.
