Spiritual Warfare

New Covenant spiritual warfare is the victory we have in resting in Jesus and His provision and supply. It’s resting in the promises of God for healing and deliverance. It’s resting from all anxious thoughts knowing that the work is finished, knowing that God will make a way, and knowing and believing in the love that God has for us. The battlefield is the mind, and the battle is to remain at rest. We aren’t fighting toward victory. We are resting in victory. Jesus gave us authority to overcome all the power of the enemy, but that’s not what we rejoice in. We rejoice that our names are written in heaven, and that we are seated together with Jesus in heavenly places.
