God is the master creator. He is most glorified when we marvel at His creation. When we agree that His workmanship is marvelous. And we are His workmanship! Many people think it’s humble to put themselves down and acknowledge what a sinner they are or how dirty and pathetic they are. I believe this does not glorify God or please Him in the slightest. I think God loves it when we agree that He has recreated us in Christ so perfect and so immaculate! To not see this is actually unbelief, and it springs from a law-based mind that is veiled by the law in sin consciousness and falling short consciousness. When the veil is removed – or when the law is removed – we see by faith what we have become!

In fact this revelation is so deep it almost borders on heresy to speak it! Only the unveiled heart that has faith in God can see it and glorify God because of it. I’m talking about you and I being able to look at Christ in order to see what we have become! God wants us to look at the glory of Christ as though we are looking in a mirror! And when we see ourselves having been transformed into the very same image as Christ we will give glory to God for His awesome handiwork!

We struggle with this because we think it’s pride to say, “I am awesome!” or “I am just like Christ.” But it’s not pride because you didn’t make yourself awesome or like Christ! God made you awesome! You’re just acknowledging God’s handiwork in making you just as perfect as Christ. 2 Corinthians 3:18 says that we are transformed into the very same image as Christ! This doesn’t mean we are divine. Only God is divine. We will never be divine. However, God has brought us into Himself so that we partake in His very nature and righteousness! This is so thrilling to the heart and great psychology for the mind! Through grace we can have faith to humbly acknowledge that God has made us perfect in Christ and to believe this is to glorify Him. Every time we believe it, think it or speak it God is being glorified as the master creator of the sons of God!

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
